Role Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Data 360 Engineer with strong hands-on enterprise experience to design, build and govern scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The role involves technical leadership, data architecture, integration and delivery across enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Data 360 implementation including Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation and Activation.

Design batch, streaming, API and Zero Copy data ingestion strategies.

Review technical designs for scalability, security, performance and governance.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.

Support UAT, go-live, defect resolution and post-production optimization.

Guide developers and collaborate with business, marketing, analytics and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Strong Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 implementation experience.

Advanced SQL, APIs, JSON and data integration knowledge.

Experience with event-based data and customer engagement tracking.

Understanding of Salesforce objects, metadata and permissions.

Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is an advantage.

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred/mandatory as applicable.

Eligibility:

6–8 years of Salesforce experience.

1–2 years of Data 360 implementation experience.

Enterprise customer experience and Agile methodology exposure.

15 years of full-time education required.
