Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Data 360 Engineer with hands-on enterprise experience to design, develop and deliver scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Data 360 delivery including data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, transformations, segmentation and activation.

• Work on DMOs, Data Streams, Data Transforms and Calculated Insights.

• Design scalable solutions aligned with performance, security and governance standards.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs.

• Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics and IT stakeholders.

• Support UAT, go-live, defect resolution and post-production optimization.

• Provide technical guidance and support delivery activities.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

• Data Streams, DMOs & Identity Resolution

• Data Transforms & Calculated Insights

• Segmentation & Activation

• Batch, Streaming, APIs & Zero Copy

• Advanced SQL

• JSON, APIs, event data & integration pipelines

• Salesforce metadata, objects & permissions

• Enterprise implementation experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, Semantic Layer and Document AI is highly desirable.

Certifications:

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Administrator – Mandatory

Agentforce Specialist / Salesforce AI Associate / Platform Data Architect – Preferred
