Role: Application Lead / Custom Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced SAP Document and Reporting Compliance professional to lead application design, development, configuration, and delivery. The candidate will act as an SME and primary point of contact while working with multiple teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead application design, build, configuration, and delivery.

Act as an SME for SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.

Collaborate with multiple teams and manage technical tasks.

Take ownership of team-level technical decisions.

Analyze and troubleshoot application issues.

Provide solutions across immediate and cross-functional teams.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team development.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely milestone delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

8–12 years of relevant experience.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Knowledge of compliance regulations and reporting standards.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with project management and application delivery.

Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
