We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the Retail domain and strong expertise in Retail Performance Analytics. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of store performance, revenue growth management (RGM), assortment optimization, merchandising analytics, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail industry.
- Strong business understanding of retail concepts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Store Performance Analytics
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Assortment Planning & Optimization
- Merchandising Analytics
- Store Performance Analytics
- Ability to understand, articulate, and present business problem statements effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and insights generation.
- Strong experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Early joiners preferred.
