We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Experience in test automation will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution through defect tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
Verify bug fixes and conduct re-testing activities.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress and quality metrics.
Support release validation and production verification activities.
Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
Expertise in:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Integration Testing
System Testing
UAT Testing
Experience in Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database validation.
Experience in API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Automation Testing tools such as:
Selenium
Cypress
Playwright
TestNG / JUnit
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
Exposure to performance or security testing.
