Summary

A leading artificial intelligence firm is actively recruiting Quality Managers to join its operations in Pune and Bangalore. This role is critical for maintaining high standards in software quality, specifically within the domains of manual and automated testing. The position is open to both male and female candidates, targeting B.Tech graduates from the 2026 cohort as well as professionals with up to two years of relevant industry experience. The role demands a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English, with a specific preference for candidates familiar with automobile testing and voice AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing procedures to ensure product reliability.
  

• Analyze system performance and identify defects, providing detailed reports for resolution.
  

• Collaborate with development teams to validate features related to voice assistance and AI integration.
  

• Apply quality-focused strategies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  

• Conduct specialized testing for automotive applications where applicable.
  

• Facilitate clear communication regarding quality metrics and testing outcomes in both Hindi and English.
   
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Education: Current B.Tech students expected to graduate in 2026 or fresh graduates with up to six months of experience.
  

• Experience: Professionals with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing are eligible; candidates with automotive testing backgrounds are highly preferred.
  

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual testing, automation frameworks, and familiarity with voice assistant or voice AI testing environments.
  

• Communication: Mandatory fluency in Hindi and a good command of the English language.
  

• Attributes: Demonstrated analytical capabilities and a dedicated focus on quality assurance.
  

• Location: Willingness to work from Pune (Magarpatta) or Bangalore.
  

• Compensation: Salary package up to ₹30,000 in-hand per month, inclusive of Provident Fund.
