Role summary: The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Scaled Services, Enablement and Support leads the execution of strategic business plans by identifying operational needs, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. About the team: The US API Partner Operations team manages the complete technical lifecycle of partners integrating with Walmart Connect’s advertising APIs. This team ensures seamless onboarding, validates releases to prevent defects, and resolves issues by collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Partnerships. Their focus is on enabling partner self-sufficiency through faster integrations and reduced support needs. The team transforms operational challenges into prioritized improvements, delivering partner-ready solutions and documentation. This role demands strong business and financial acumen, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and expertise in data management and program oversight to drive scalable, high-quality partner experiences.

What you'll do...

What you'll do:

Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
Lead and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment.
Evaluate and improve operational processes, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and organizational policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies, communicate insights, and foster effective relationship management.
Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, measure progress, and adjust plans to maximize financial and operational outcomes.
Oversee program management activities, including risk assessment, contingency planning, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
Strong project and program management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives.
Advanced analytical capabilities to derive insights from complex data models and drive informed decision-making.
Experience in stakeholder identification, communication, and relationship management across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated operational excellence with knowledge of process improvement, root cause analysis, and service-level agreements.
Proficiency in data management, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
