About the role

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for an enthusiastic Aquatic Fitness Instructor to join the aquatic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. 

This is an on-call/substitute opportunity, perfect for instructors who enjoy flexible scheduling and helping others stay active, healthy, and engaged through aquatic exercise.

Availability Needed:

  • Morning classes: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Evening classes: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe aquatic exercise to members. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Aquatic Fitness Instructor certification required.

  • Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $25 - $28 per 45 minute class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
