About this role:
The Roving Leasing Professional has the responsibility, under the supervision of Community Manager for demonstrating apartments and the community to prospective renters and securing commitments and deposits from prospective residents. They will also be responsible for providing customer service support to residents and prospective residents at the property site, including answering telephones, greeting customers, performing move-in procedures, processing rental applications and maintenance service requests, and other duties as assigned.
 
The Roving Leasing Professional will provide coverage across multiple locations," "rotating between different sites," "supporting various teams as needed," "flexible work location depending on project needs," and "on-site presence at different properties. A valid driver's license is required for the position. 
 
Salary range:
$25.00 - $28.00 DOE
  • This position offers the opportunity to earn leasing bonuses at the assigned property or properties.
  • This is a full-time, temporary position that is eligible for the company’s benefit plans.

What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to:

  • Market apartments by promoting rentals on the phone and in person; demonstrate apartments and community to prospective renters, sell apartment features/benefits, overcome objections, secure commitments and deposits from prospective residents and follow up on undecided prospects.
  • Lease administration under the supervision of the Property Manager.
  • Review the property management data base of assigned rentals to ensure accuracy of data input.
  • Transport and set up marketing collateral needed such as signs, flags, banners and such to and from rental.
  • Prepare rental before showings (lightly clean and make ready for show).
  • Review advertising of rentals for accuracy and make recommendations as needed.
  • Inspect community while on-site noting any deficiencies.
  • Assist the Resident Manager in ensuring that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well maintained community.
  • Assist in preparation of market surveys when assigned.
  • Accept maintenance requests as professionally, efficiently and effectively as possible when needed.
  • Assist in performing move-in and move-out administration with particular attention to consistent apartment inspections.
  • Represent CloudTen Residential in a professional manner. Maintain a positive businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone and neat, clean, professional dress and grooming appropriate for greeting the public.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Policy, ADA, Injury and Illness Prevention Policy and Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Policy.
  • Assist in promoting CloudTen and securing new business.
  • Effectively provide excellent resident services through day-to-day interaction and correspondence with residents.
  • Serve as first point of contact for residents and potential residents; greet all customers by telephone or in person in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
  • Provide complete and accurate rental information to prospective residents.
  • Accurately process rental applications in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and executed leases and move in paperwork.
  • Assists with other assigned projects as needed.

What you will need:

  • Prefer 1-2 years of experience in Leasing for Property Management
  • Lease-up experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Experience with OneSite strongly preferred
  • 2 years Previous Experience in Sales
  • Experience with Entrata Software a strong plus
