UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for the following Shift.

MID COUNTY
(CRESTWOOD, OVERLAND, OLIVETTE, WEBSTER GROVES, DES PERES)
FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY 9PM-9AM
36 Hours Weekly (MID COUNTY)
APPLICANTS MUST ALSO BE WILLING TO WORK AT OTHER HOMES WITHIN A 15 MINUTE RADIUS OF THIS HOME
Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
Follow medical orders and administer medications.
Most importantly, provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings

MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
- Valid Drivers’ license
- Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
- A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
THIS POSITION REQUIRES 5-7 DAYS OF MANDATORY TRAINING AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE Monday through Friday 8:45 AM-4:30PM ALL UCP HEARTLAND SCHEDULES/SHIFTS ARE AWAKE SHIFTS
Friday-Sunday 9PM-9AM
