Chicago area firm has a long-term opportunity for ownership and partnership for a Civil Design Engineer!

Responsibilities:

Oversee Municipal Infrastructure Projects fromthe preliminary engineering phase through the public bidding process
Communicate with Construction Engineering team
Work directly with Municipal Engineers and Municipalstaff
Manage junior staff during the design phase

Requirements:

B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from anaccredited institution
5+ years of Municipal Engineering experience
Experience with Transportation and Infrastructureprojects
PE License preferred
Experience with IDOT, MWRDGC, and CountySubmittal Processes preferred
Working knowledge of AutoCAD & MicrosoftOffice

Salary is commensurate with experience.
