A Chicago-based firm is seeking a Survey Manager to lead a team of survey professionals and manage both field and office staff.
The role requires a minimum of 8 years of survey experience and a PLS license, with management experience preferred.
Responsibilities include QA/QC of survey work, client relationship management, and business development, along with some fieldwork.
Salary for the position is commensurate with experience, and applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Growing Chicago based firm has a unique opportunity for a Survey Manager to join the team!

Responsibilities:

Lead team of Survey professionals
Manage field and office staff
QA/QC of survey work
Compare project budgets
Perform calculations and legal research
Mentor and develop staff
Build/maintain client relationships
Some field work required
Business Development
Assist in Growth of Group

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
8+ years of Survey experience
PLS License
Experience designing/managing projects with IDOT, City of Chicago and municipalities
Management experience preferred
Proficient in MicroStation and/or Civil 3D preferred
Trimble survey software equipment/software experience preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
