Transportation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead/managetechnical design of various projects including urban/rural roadways, multi-usepaths, park designs/developments
  
• Perform OfficeManager duties for office including personnel/job assignments
  
• Responsiblefor client management and overall project performance metrics
  
• Reviewdesign plans for compliance with federal, state and local regulations
  
• Work withproject manager to establish project scope, budget, timelines and designs
  
• Communicate/meetwith municipal clients, including cities, utility companies and state agencies
  
• Mentor/trainjunior staff
  

Requirements:

• B.S.Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 5+ yearsof experience
  
• PE License
  
• Experienceworking in IDOT project development process, construction documentation andadministration
  
• Experiencewith Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
