We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Card Services Specialist.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Card Services Specialist to provide full member service regarding all aspects of the Card Services department, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, and online banking. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Assist members and staff in the use of all Card Services products and services.

- Maintain member account information on applicable operating systems. 

- Troubleshoot any debit and credit card authorization problems.

- Process approved credit and debit card applications

- Order new cards and verify accuracy when issued. 

- Reissue lost/stolen debit and credit cards.

- Block cards in a timely manner when fraud notices are received.

- Record, monitor and follow up on member disputes.

Qualifications: 

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Exceptional customer service experience.

- One year to three years of financial institution or similar experience. 

- Employee must be able to focus and concentrate with moderate levels of verbal and administrative office distractions. 

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

- Saturday hours may be required based on business needs.

- Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
