Job Details: Job Location: Bethany Children's Health Center - Bethany, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Direct Patient Care, To lead consistent, evidence-based training and education programs that promote competency, support professional growth, and equip staff, students, families, and community partners to provide safe, high-quality care.  Duty Percent of Time Coordinate new hire onboarding training, ongoing staff education, annual competency checkoffs, as well as immediate, hands-on training for staff that need additional training supports to understand patient needs.   35%   Develop, maintain, and update training materials for staff and for families. 10%  Onboarding and training of new students, ensuring all training has been completed, and university contracts are up to date.   10% Identify and share evidence-based practice, emerging research, and professional development opportunities. Plan and coordinate educational offerings for Rehabilitation and Education staff.   10% Manage Annual Competency Completion and annual skills fair for all Rehab & Education staff (outpatient, inpatient, and PRN).    10% Facilitate and help develop virtual opportunities for training off-site health care providers and parents. 10% Collaborate with Nursing and RT educators for consistency and interdisciplinary training. 10% Other duties as assigned. 5% Qualifications: Education: Graduate of accredited physical therapy program.  Ability to speak, understand, read and write English required. Experience: Pediatric experience required with proven skill in training individuals.  BCHC experience preferred.
