Cafe Janitorial - 1st Shift

Position Summary

As one of our Café Team Members, you will support daily food service operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. This role combines customer service, food handling, and housekeeping responsibilities to ensure the café remains safe and efficient throughout each shift.

Ideal candidates take pride in cleanliness, work well in a fast-paced setting, and understand that great service and a well-maintained space matter.

SHIFT - Monday - Friday from 6:30AM - 3:00PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to team members
• Maintain café cleanliness throughout each shift, including floors, trash, service areas, counters, and shared spaces
• Complete weekly and bi-weekly deep cleaning responsibilities to ensure a consistently clean and organized environment
• Monitor and help minimize waste through careful portioning and restocking practices
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding needs, concerns, or operational issues
• Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
