Job DetailsJob Location: MVB - Independent Living - Bethlehem, PA 18018Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly  While working with Residents, Moravian Village Resident’s Families & Friends, Co-workers, Nursing Staff, Ancillary Department Staff, Volunteers, Students, and the Community at large you are responsible for the facilitation of group activities, chaperones and assists with resident outings, visits residents on a 1 :1 basis, transports residents to and from all destinations as necessary. Duties are also inclusive of completion of all necessary departmental documentation (attendance records, resident assessments, resident care plans, chart documentation and Care Tracker records). Works directly with volunteers, students, and interdisciplinary team members as assigned. Reports all resident-related progress/decline status information to the Director of Life Enrichment. We believe that people are our most important asset! QualificationsMust be 18 years of age. Must be able to read, write, and take verbal direction. Must be able to work multiple shifts inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be flexible in scheduling. Must be willing to learn multiple assignments. Educational/work-related requirements include a high school diploma, college credits and work-related experience in a health care setting. Heavy physical requirements. Must be able to walk, bend and lift. Must be able to stand for extended time periods.
