Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager, Adolescent & Older Adult. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing, directing & coordinating the delivery of care for an assigned patient treatment unit(s) in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital’s mission, objectives, and performance & improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff of the Adolescent and Older Adult inpatient units.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing required.
Current PA licensure required.
3-5 years of nursing experienced required.
Thorough knowledge of TJC, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements preferred.
