DCW On-Call

As a Direct Care Worker you will provide a number of services depending on the needs of the individual; these might include running errands, helping patients move around their homes and counseling individuals on independent living. The ideal candidate for this position must be patient, caring and compassionate. 

The on-call DCW will cover shifts Monday to Thursday at their regular DCW rate plus $25.00 daily flat rate. Must be on call and commit to any opens shifts needed by the FSS.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must submit to a criminal background check
• Child clearance (if children are in the home)
• Negative 2 Step TB clearance results
