Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Captain to join our team at Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills, California. Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Monsieur Dior is a luxury dining destination located on the iconic Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Created through a collaboration between Dior and three Michelin-starred Chef Dominique Crenn, the restaurant features a seasonal à la carte menu and offers an elevated dining experience inspired by Dior's legacy of fashion, creativity, and storytelling.

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
• 2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as walk, which may include walking up stairs, stand, and bend for long periods of time 
• Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
