The role involves safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons.Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas while adhering to company procedures.- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring safety and accessibility.- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding parking options and facility amenities.- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.Qualifications: Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalent preferredRequired Experience:- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous- Experience in a valet or parking attendant position is preferredRequired Skills and Abilities:- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage vehicle placements and keys- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles- Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods- Ability to work in various weather conditions- Strong attention to detail to ensure the safety and security of vehicles- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
