Position Overview

The Seasonal Fitness Instructor is responsible for teaching group fitness classes at BASE Community Center. This role focuses on what BSCO delivers—ensuring classes are high-quality, community-driven, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure classes deliver a high-quality, safe, and engaging experience for participants.
  • Ability to sub additional classes to promote teamwork and class schedule consistency

Qualifications

  • Fitness or Personal Training Certification
  • CPR/First aid/AED Certification, preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check

The pay rate for this position depends on experience.
