Yellowstone Club’s Culinary department is currently seeking candidates for a Sushi Roller for the upcoming Winter season!

The purpose of the Sushi Roller is to assist the Sushi Chef in leading team on their mission to exceed Member’s and guest’s expectations related to food quality and dining experience through preparing a variety of culinary food items for the various outlets and events at Yellowstone Club.

Responsibilities Include:  

1. Ensure all sushi items are prepared according to the recipe and photographic guidelines. Ensure that the recipes/photos are posted for all culinary personnel to see.
2. Ensure that all culinary outlet personnel is working together and supporting each other in a professional manner.
3. Regularly communicate with the Sushi Chef regarding culinary matters.

Position Requirements:

1. Maintain a lean and orderly cooking and preparation station and adhere to health and safety standards.
2. Ensure kitchen and Health Department sanitation requirements are maintained at all times.

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
