Job Description

• Ensures department adherence to company and departmental policies and 
procedures. 
• Accurately assign and verify vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval. 
• Keep driveway clear of any vehicle that do not require valet assistance, clean areas 
around booth, and valet area.
• Inspect vehicle and report damages that exist prior to or after parking. 
• Distribute vehicle claim tickets and oversee key storage area/booth.
• Prepare weekly work schedules, and maintain employee time and attendance. 
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns and complaints.
• Hire, supervise, train, evaluate job performance, and administer discipline for team 
members.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
