Sonic Summary

The job requires drivers to book their own loads and decide their home time, with access to one of two load boards (DAT or Internet Truckstop).
Drivers receive 80% of the amount they book for each load, which includes any detention and assessorial reimbursements, with a straight 80/20 split.

- Driver’s book loads themselves and they determine how often they are home
