  • Read and interpret blueprints, control diagrams, wiring schematics, sequences of operation, and construction drawings.
  • Perform startup, testing, commissioning, and verification of HVAC control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems, controllers, field devices, communication networks, and HVAC equipment interfaces.
  • Calibrate sensors, transmitters, and other control devices to ensure accurate system operation.
  • Diagnose and resolve BAS communication issues involving BACnet, Modbus, and other protocols.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software applications to identify and correct system deficiencies.
  • Document service activities, commissioning reports, system modifications, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with project managers, service technicians, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system changes.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
  • Operate lifts, ladders, and other equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Participate in after-hours service calls, emergency response, and scheduled maintenance activities as required.
  • Maintain company-issued tools, equipment, technology, and vehicles in good working condition.
  • Provide professional customer service and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
