Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Hallmark - Birmingham - Birmingham, AL, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $17.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Facilities, Key Responsibilities Clean coils on HVAC units Change oil in air compressors Changing light bulbs Moving and assembling furniture Replacing ceiling tiles and air filters Assisting management with daily tasks Cleaning as needed Weed removal and pothole patching Minor airline system repairs Patching holes in walls Hanging pictures & Banners Replacing door handles Replace toilet seats Replace soap, PT, TP, Gojo, and other wall mounted dispensers Reporting unsafe conditionsMonday through Friday 9-5. Qualifications: Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift objects at least 60 pounds is necessary for various cleaning tasks. Ability to climb ladders.Dependability: The role requires reliability to ensure the dealership remains consistently clean and welcoming. Must have reliable transportation and timely. If you have a truck that's a bonus!Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail is crucial for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Knowledge of Cleaning Products & Equipment: Experience with commercial cleaning agents, floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other tools is often required. Safety Procedures: Adherence to safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals are essential. Using PPE.  Equipment Operation: Proficiency in using standard cleaning tools and equipment. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred or required.  Independence: Capable of working unsupervised and managing time effectively.    Can manage their own time and work independenlty.
