Well-established group seeksan experienced physician to serve as Market Medical Director. This leadershipposition provides oversight for 4-6 outpatient managed care clinics while also maintaininga limited clinical practice. Responsibilities include setting a strong examplefor delivering high-quality primary care, mentoring and leading the primarycare team and helping support clinical excellence throughout the market. Workschedule consists of Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm w/no nights, no weekends & no inpatientresponsibilities. Compensation includes a generous salary, Medical Directorstipend, incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation, vacation, CME, comprehensivebenefits, retirement, malpractice coverage and more.
