National Bank is seeking a positive, team-oriented candidate to provide exceptional customer service to our bank customers. The successful candidate will develop working knowledge of the operations department and emphasize daily operational duties while providing excellent customer service.
 
Essential Duties / Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of and the ability to work with computers in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Assisting branch staff with questions regarding account documentation. 
• Ensure all customer documents are accurate and maintained properly 
• Maintain a knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements and can perform duties with strict adherence to all bank policies 
• Answering phones
• Daily clerical duties include mailing letters, notices and checks
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday-Friday 

Job Type: Full-time 

Organizational skills and good telephone etiquette are required. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal skills. Is able to prioritize duties and can work alone or with a team. Must be able to concentrate and focus on a computer screen for an extended period. Salary commensurate with experience.
