About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning/Janitorial team member to help keep our facilities spotless and professional. Working Schedule: Once Per Month

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain interior and exterior windows using professional window cleaning techniques and equipment
Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Sanitize and clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
Restock janitorial supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers as needed
Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:

Previous window cleaning or janitorial/custodial experience preferred
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights using ladders or extension equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, and safety protocols is a plus
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites
