2 clinic locations in Bloomingdale and Batavia. Possibility exists of clinics in Wheaton or Naperville in the future.
1:8 Call Schedule
Deliveries at Central DuPage Hospital
Access to outpatient surgical center and in-office procedures
Level III NICU, in house anesthesia
Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across obstetrics and gynecology and more than 1,000 Duly providers
Competitive total rewards salary between $350,000 - $500,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $350,000 - $500,000.
