Do not submit a new application through the online system. Job Summary Lead the Bar Team Supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure smooth, consistent service. Provide direction, support, and coaching to maintain service standards and team morale. Create Memorable Guest Experiences Ensure beverages are prepared and served accurately, efficiently, and with personality. Step in as needed to support guest service and maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. Manage Bar Operations Oversee bar setup, restocking, and breakdown before and after events. Monitor product levels, supplies, and presentation standards throughout service. Cashier with Confidence Operate and oversee the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process cash and card transactions. Balance the register or cash drawer at shift end, following company procedures for accountability. Keep It Clean Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are prepared and stocked. Follow sanitation and safety guidelines consistently. Safety First Check identification to verify legal drinking age per state and company requirements. Monitor for signs of intoxication and uphold all responsible alcohol service policies and laws. Team Player Mentality Collaborate closely with event leadership, bartenders, servers, and other staff to keep service running smoothly. Support issue resolution quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Prior experience in bar operations, lead bartender, shift lead, or supervisory hospitality roles strongly preferred. Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing. Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and basic math skills. TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Team-oriented mindset with flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.   Employment Details Employment Type: Seasonal/Temporary. Expected Season Duration: Late September – Early November 2026. Work Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and holidays required during the operational season.
