As the Store Manager ofa cannabis dispensary, you will be responsible for assisting inthe development of strategic, operational, and financial plans, along withreporting results to the Business Owners. As a Leader, you should be willing tobe hands-on and able to work autonomously. You will have the opportunity toassist in driving all aspects of the store including but not limitedto, developing KPIs, implementing marketing plans, hiring,training, and managing workers, managing P&L, inventory audits, andcompliance. If you are a results-driven, retail management professional withexperience leading a fast-paced cannabis retail environment, have a passion forCannabis, and excel at motivating, coaching, training, and mentoring staff;then this could be the right position for you!

You bring with you at least 3+ years of experience inretail people management, of which at least 1+ years of experience is managing a regulated cannabis retail store. Since you will be responsible forthe day-to-day operations of the store, should have excellent leadership,interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with being organized and detail oriented. You should becompliance-driven, while also creating a safe, customer-focused, cannabis enthusiast environment. Ideally you have experience with Dutchie and with New Jersey's track and trace system. You must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will have the opportunity to lead a team who share your passion forcannabis. You must be eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in New Jersey.
