Responsibilities

The Caylor- Nickel Foundation Family YMCA is looking for an energetic, outgoing team player to fill the part-time roles in various positions.

Connect: Build effective, authentic relationships with members
Nurture: Ensure a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for all to belong at the Y
Inspire: Exemplify outstanding customer service and a sense of community to Members, Participants, and Coworkers to foster their connection and growth with the Y and within the community

Requirements

Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:

At least 16 years old*
- Some positions may require 18 or 21 years.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.

Salary: Part-time hourly positions

Hours Available: Part-time hours are available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
