Position Summary:

Assists with professional nursing staff with the provision of basic adult and/or pediatric patients. Documentscare delivered accurately and timely in electronic health record.

Responsibilities

Provides patient care based on the nursing process as directed by the staff nurse.
Performs all delegated patient care functions in compliance with policy and procedure as directed by the primary nurse.
Provide clerical support to the unit nursing staff in a prompt and efficient manner as observed by the Charge Nurse, Director and/or Supervisor.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma/GED

CNA Completed Course preferred

Phlebotomy and EKG Experience preferred

License:

CNA license required

Other:

Current American Heart Association CPR card.
