Job Description:

The Analytical Testing Lead will coordinate and participate in the testing of systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is the majority of work performed. Testing is mainly conducted in clean room and manufacturing type settings.

Train Analytical Test Technicians on testing procedures on:

Responsible for testing matrix and daily assignment of work.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems; including UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Hands on troubleshooting in clean room and manufacturing type settings

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Helium Leak Testing

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Particle Analysis

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Moisture and Oxygen Testing

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 TOC and Water Testing

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilities Support

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Third Party Quality Assurance activities

Minimum聽2聽years聽Semiconductor Analytical Testing experience required

High School diploma required; prefer some college course work.

Ability to use and safely operate hand and power tools.

Proficiency in measuring and performing basic mathematics.

Process Pipe and tube welding experience is a plus.

Ability to pass required drug screening and background check.

This is a safety sensitive position; the ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required.

Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel

  • The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision; Distance vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection.
  • Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
