Job Details: Job Location: Boise - Boise, ID, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $44000.00 - $46000.00Salary, Job Shift: Day, LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLYRDG Filings is a financial reporting company helping clients from all over the world maintain SEC compliance of their sensitive financial information. We’re looking for talented individuals with a great eye for detail and strong computer skills who can use our proprietary software to prepare client documents into compatible HTML for SEC submission. Training will be provided. Knowledge of HTML a huge bonus.Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, 8am to 5pm MT Responsibilities: Respond to client emails, phone calls and processing needs Compare client-supplied Word documents to the internal documents to insure consistency. Convert and modify Word and Excel documents into the SEC’s HTML compliant EDGAR format through the use of proprietary software Stay current with continued trainings RDG providesThe right candidate will have: A high attention to detail Be a self-motivated, independent operator Have the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Have strong communication skills for contact with clients via phone and email Strong keyboard/touch typing skills.
