Position Overview

As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service refrigeration and HVAC systems for a variety of light commercial clients, including:

Retail stores
Office buildings
Mixed-use properties
Small commercial facilities

You’ll work closely with customers and our service team to ensure systems operate efficiently and service issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration service experience
EPA Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Ability to respond effectively to service calls and equipment emergencies
Comfortable lifting equipment and working in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license is required
Clean driving record and background check are required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Professional attitude with integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic

Compensation

$30–$45 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
No On-Call Schedule
