Calculate guest charges and process cash, credit, or direct-billing payments. Make a great first impression by acknowledging and greeting guests right away with friendly, professional service. Keep tickets accurately categorized and ready for audits. Collect and reconcile revenue accurately, and provide payment receipts. Follow all standard operating procedures to keep service running smoothly. Operate registers, gates, credit card machines, and other equipment. Use courteous, professional phone etiquette. Help guests find their way with directions, information about facility outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions, and assistance with other requests.Qualifications: What You’ll Bring A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to read and write simple correspondence. The ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers, multiply and divide by 10 and 100, and use these skills with U.S. currency.
