Exciting News! Our team is growing! Due to continued growth, we are thrilled to announce that we are looking to hire 2–3 experienced Speaker Management contractors to support national conferences during the upcoming 2026/2027 event season.

If you have 3+ years of experience working with conference speakers, content teams, or event operations and are open to a 6–8-month contract, we’d love to connect!

Contracts will run from Sept/Oct through April/May.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

❖ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned speakers throughout the planning process and onsite experience. 
❖ Support speakers with session preparation, scheduling, deadlines, presentation collection, and logistics coordination. 
❖ Coordinate and track speaker deliverables including bios, headshots, presentations, agreements, and related materials. 
❖ Partner with internal teams including content, registration, housing, AV/production, and client leads to ensure a seamless speaker experience. 
❖ Maintain accurate speaker tracking documents and provide regular status updates on deliverables and outstanding items. 
❖ Develop and manage speaker communications, reminders, and deadline-driven outreach. 
❖ Assist with onsite speaker management including speaker ready rooms, session support, schedule changes, and escalations as needed. 
❖ Help create a polished, high-touch speaker experience from initial outreach through event execution.
