Architect/Project Manager (Healthcare)

• Collaboratewith Principal to evaluate project requirements and help negotiate acceptableowner-architect agreement (including fee/time schedule)
  
• Complete projectson schedule and within budget
  
• Exceed clientexpectations
  
• Use healthcareterminology to maximize performance when designing healthcare projects
  
• Understand/managedesign with regards to infection control maintenance, building systems, security,technology and medical equipment specific to a healthcare setting
  
• Monitorquality of construction documents
  
• Develop disciplinecost and work-hour budgets
  
• Monitorproject costs and completion status against budget schedules/timelines
  
• Coordinatereview/evaluation of contractor bids
  
• Provide dailyleadership in absence or as delegated by the Principal
  
• Assist withmarketing (developing proposals/client interviews)
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field
  
• Licensed professional preferred
  
• 8+ years of project management experience honed on increasingly more complex projects
  
• Demonstrated skill in working on multiple smaller-sized to mid-sized, challenging projects simultaneously
  
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients and lead discussions on project budgets and management of project delivery
  
• Proficient with industry accepted software and Microsoft Office products
  
• Experience with Project Management software (Vision, Microsoft Project) preferred
