STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Springfield, MA area. This project is scheduled to run from June to mid-September and has the potential to lead to a full-time position.

To be considered for the position, candidates:

Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites each day.
Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience as outlined below.
Must be able to work overtime hours (which may include nights and/or weekends)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be team, solution, and safety oriented.

Construction duties include:

Concrete repair
Caulking
Traffic coating
Concrete demolition
Concrete placement and finishing
Masonry
Formwork / carpentry
Rebar replacement
Expansion joints
