As the Knowledge & Innovation Systems Co-op, you will support the Knowledge Management team, and assist with maintaining various custom data systems relating to knowledge services.

What you’ll do:

  • Auditing certain metadata and related information in the firm's matter system

  • Auditing and repairing links in portal pages

  • Performing quality checks in document automation platforms

  • Assisting with data entry in Foundation and SharePoint data pages

  • Performing other various maintenance tasks related to Goodwin’s internal knowledge management systems.

  • Assisting with AI projects 

Who you are:

  • Well organized, detail oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a firm-wide team.

  • Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel experience preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly professional environment.

  • Strong communication skills, a very strong customer service orientation, and the ability to balance several open assignments.
