We’re seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients living with severe mental illness. This role combines psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment within an integrated, multidisciplinary care model, with collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital.

About the Opportunity

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and individualized treatment for patients with psychosis, Bipolar I disorder, and other complex psychiatric conditions.
  • Follow patients across levels of care, supporting continuity and lasting therapeutic relationships.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team and supervise advanced practice clinicians.
  • Manage a panel of up to 130 patients across PHP, IOP, and maintenance care.
  • Allow 60 minutes for evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-up appointments.
  • Practice primarily onsite, with some virtual consultations.

This is a full-time position with no call, evening, or weekend responsibilities. The daily schedule includes 6–7 hours of direct patient care and one protected administrative hour.
