About the OpportunityÂ
IANS Research is a private equity-backed cybersecurity advisory firm entering its next stage of growth and transformation. We're seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Design & Business Transformation to help shape that future.Â
This is not a traditional HRBP role. It is a highly analytical, execution-focused role within the People function, working closely with the Chief People Officer and executive team to bring rigor, structure, and follow-through to the organizational structures, workforce strategies, and operating models that will drive company performance. The CPO sets strategic direction and stays closely involved throughout; this role is where that thinking gets pressure-tested with data, refined, and turned into reality.Â
You will help shape organizational thinking alongside the CPO, then own the analytics and execution that turn it into reality—building the models, running the analysis, driving alignment, and managing complex organizational initiatives through to completion.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Organizational DesignÂ
- Help shape future-state organizational structures in close partnership with the CPOÂ Â Â
- Own the analytics and execution behind organizational effectiveness efforts, including role architecture and operating model designÂ
- Support the evolution of IANS' commercial model through thoughtful GTM organizational design and workforce planningÂ
- Help clarify roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and accountability frameworksÂ
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and build the analysis behind recommended solutions that improve agility, scalability, and executionÂ
Workforce StrategyÂ
- Build workforce plans that translate the CPO's strategic direction into concrete talent and capability plansÂ
- Own scenario modeling that informs hiring priorities, organizational investments, restructuring decisions, and capacity planningÂ
- Develop frameworks and metrics to assess organizational performance and workforce effectivenessÂ
- Partner closely with Finance and business leaders on headcount planning and investment decisionsÂ
Transformation & Change LeadershipÂ
- Own execution of organizational transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation and stabilization, in partnership with the CPOÂ
- Create executive-ready recommendations, project plans, stakeholder strategies, and communicationsÂ
- Partner with the Senior Director, People Strategy to drive change management efforts in a fast-paced, evolving environmentÂ
AI & the Future of WorkÂ
- Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, planning, decision-making, and executionÂ
- Help advise leaders on the impact of AI across workforce strategy, organizational design, and capability planningÂ
- Support the CPO in shaping future workforce plans that reflect changing skill requirements and emerging business needsÂ
- Champion practical AI adoption across the People functions and broader organizationÂ
