  • Reconciles daily receipts per established procedures.
  • Addresses and resolves customer questions and inquiries, refers them to SEFC Manager as appropriate.
  • Maintains good safety habits.
  • Light cleaning includes: reception area, glass counter, floors, walls, mirrors, magazine rack, training equipment etc..
  • Distributes keys and facility instruments as requested.
  • Reports all problems to the SEFC Manager.
  • Open and closes the SEFC as per established procedures.
  • Ensures that all members follow facility and state regulation codes for pool and facility use.
  • Maintains integrity/cleanliness of pool area and locker room as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • CPR certified or willing to become.
  • Prior experience in fitness field preferred.
  • Must have good organizational, telephone and communication skills.
  • Computer skills with MS Excel and Word.
  • Willing to be CPO trained (Certified Pool Operator).
  • Ability to lift 20-25 pounds and navigate stairwells.
