Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Unit Description
Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate. As New England’s largest sports and entertainment arena, TD Garden is the home of the storied NHL’s Boston Bruins and NBA’s Boston Celtics franchises and hosts over 200 events annually with over 3.5 million visitors.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and make correct change Â
- Mix drinks following recipes and using company-standardized proportionsÂ
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and proceduresÂ
- Complete sales and inventory reports accuratelyÂ
- Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and suppliesÂ
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of ageÂ
- Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurantÂ
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processingÂ
- Previous experience using a computerized point of sale systemÂ
Physical Requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
