Job DetailsJob Location: Stafford, VA 22554Delivers professional acquisition management solutions and support for Dept. of Defense, civilian agencies and departments, including: Responsible for acquisition planning and contract management functions required to support a project with a mission of development, acquisition, testing, integration, production and fielding; Acquisition and Program Management knowledge; Interacts with client contracting officials, project officers, CORs and task managers, subcontractors and other management personnel; Familiar with DoD acquisition and life-cycle management policies and procedures; Prepares, reviews, and revises acquisition documentation applicable to each program/ project through all phases of the acquisition cycle; Performs analytical work in support of government analysts, engineers and technical specialists, reviewing and evaluating data and information; Assists in conducting research, review, and analysis of acquisition, technical, financial, and management-related items; Proficient with Risk Management practices and able to conduct, or participate in risk working groups to assess course of action planning and probability of success; Conducts studies, prepares reports, cost effectiveness, and regulatory conformance of plans, proposals, and/ or special projects; Demonstrated ability to work in small teams, follow work priorities, comply with quality standards, and engage with government staff; Experience with quality control for deliverables;  Reports in writing / verbally to upper management and client representatives; Meeting and Calendar Coordinating; SharePoint/Electronic Records keeping;  Department of the Navy MCAATS Tracker Experience.  Qualifications Secret Clearance or Eligible for a Secret Clearance Ability to travel -20% at most Associates degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management, ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint.  Agile (Release Train, SCRUM, etc)
