LTC Director

Director of Nursing (LTC) Full Time 

As one of the only independent, nonprofit critical access hospital in Nevada, Boulder City Hospital is seeking a professional Nursing Leader to be the heart of the hospital and influence our organization in a tangible way. The Director of Nursing will focus on strategic initiatives, employee development and day to day care for a 47 bed Skilled Nursing Unit that enriches our resident’s lives. You would have a true affect related to Long Term Care service line and operational impact. Given that you would work on site with a team of professional; you would have resources for success and opportunities to impact change. If you are someone that is self-motivated by achieving goals and an eagerness to make a difference, come join our team. Our hospital is always ready to serve the community, payers and patients with both technology and excellence in customer service. This position will allow you to have influence and ensure that the community continues to have quality healthcare serves in the area or close to home.  

To be considered of this rewarding opportunity, candidates must have: 

• Current Nevada RN License 

• BLS and ACLS Certified 

• Five years of LTC Nursing experience with at least 3 of those years of progressive Nursing Leadership 

• BSN or MSN preferred
