  • CCRES is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a pay rate starting at $30 per hour, increasing to $32 based on experience.

  • Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, following the academic calendar, with general school hours from approximately 7:30 am to 2:30 pm or 8:30 am to 3:30 pm depending on the level.

  • PAY RATE - $30 - $32 per hour (W2 employment) 
    • Rate is based on years of RBT experience 

A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis.

  • The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support
  • The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA

To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations:

  • School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year
  • Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB
  • Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • HS Diploma or equivalency
  • National certification as an RBT - active
  • Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification.
  • Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs

CREDENTIALS:

* CCRES paid clearances & TB screening

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI
  • TB Screening - current within 3 months
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript

POST-OFFER REQUIREMENT: 

  • Candidates selected for this position will be required to complete job-related Post-Offer Employment Testing (POET) following a conditional offer of employment. The assessment evaluates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
